Monthly Rentals in Cloverdale

We had a great stay. Came up for softball and we were within 20 minutes of all the fields we played on. Plenty of space in the house. Water pressure in the shower was great, as well as the heat of the water. The neighborhood was quiet, which was great, because we had some late nights playing and early mornings.

This was our second stay at Jamie's Great Cozy Apartment. It's a nice place that suits our needs. There's a playground about a mile away that was perfect for our granddaughter. Jamie is terrific about addressing any needs that arise. We will stay again when we are in town.

I stayed here during our house remodel. I really appreciated having the kitchen, and it was very well-stocked with utensils. If you’ve used Airbnb kitchens you know they can be sparse, but Theresa’s had anything I needed! The area was very clean too, and not scented, which I appreciated since I am sensitive to fragrance. I was able to use my home laundry so it wasn’t a trouble to not have the laundry. It was a little cool when I was there but the space heater kept it comfortable. The shower was also very comfortable and was quite hot. If you have a lot to move in, it can be tedious to carry stuff in and out since you have to walk around the outside of house to the basement but Theresa let me use the driveway for that, so it helped. I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

This was an amazing stay! Very clean and super cute with all sorts of cute cow decorations. We were delighted by the snacks and movie selection that were available for us and although we weren’t there for long, the view from the place was stunning!
