Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

La Maison du Bonheur – L'Intemporel

House in the process of home staging: some small work to be completed in the kitchen. I offer you a timeless break in this charming garden-level apartment. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is shared, but the 2 accommodations are completely independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I offer breakfast delivery at an extra cost (€7.50/person/day). In-person welcome, self check-in after 8 p.m.

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
