Great place, great host and a really a enjoyable place. Safe for kids with private roads leading to a beautiful lake. Really peaceful and we loved how clean and designed was the place. We were not too comfortable with all the cameras but we understand the need of the owner to monitor issues. Thanks for letting us stay.

This space was very beautiful and peaceful. I appreciated that the space literally had everything you needed,it was very clean,quite and super romantic. I had the opportunity to connect with my husband while enjoying nature. If I could add an addition to the space it would be to cover the patio area so that you can enjoy the outside tub at night without the bugs from the tree above. We will be back, I so appreciated this piece of heaven...thank you for such a beautiful space

We had an amazing time at Water's Edge! The cabin is beautiful, unique, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is incredibly peaceful and serene, with a lovely pond that adds to the charm. The kids couldn't get enough of the playground! Plus, it's conveniently located close to shopping and dining options in Tomball. We highly recommend Water's Edge to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable vacation.

This place was absolutely beautiful and what me and my husband was looking for. Quiet and relaxing. Great place to get away from the city. The cabin was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

We've never stayed in a yurt before so we weren't sure how it would be but it was amazing!! The place was immaculate!! There was plenty of space in it and it was decorated beautifully with a very modern, up to date feel. The details were very well thought out so you have everything you would need there during your stay. We had a great time fishing at the pond and sitting outside in the morning to drink our coffee and just relax. :) There was a winery down the road which was fun and they have concerts if you go on the weekend! I would say just know that the yurt property is right next to a house. The owner was there but it was never an issue for us. It was a great trip on beautiful property and we had fun staying in a yurt for the first time!!

I'm so glad me and my family chose this place, it met our expectations. My family and I spent an amazing weekend here. There's a ton of fun activities to do. This was a great place to rest and relax. We really enjoyed our peaceful weekend at Susan’s cabin. There were thoughtful and cute touches (candles lit, placemats for # of guests, toilet paper bows) that didn’t go unnoticed and made us feel right at home. I did think the area would be a bit more secluded, however it was a peaceful neighborhood and some friendly neighbors waved to us on the way in. I would love to come back!

This was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful place to gather with close friends and relax on New Years weekend. The house was perfect for two couples to decompress from the holidays. Our son loved the swing out front, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the trail along the back of the property. We took the host's recommendation and went to Teysha Vineyard, which was a really fun way to spend the afternoon. We didn't end up using the fire pit but loved that that was an option. Dana was very responsive and accommodating. We'd love to go back.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, each morning we woke to the sound of nothing 🙂 We walked the property, fished, boated, biked, played horseshoes, and sat on the porch to watch the sunset and stars. We will be back soon!

Great place, perfect for a little getaway. Hosts left plenty amenities from a boat to Kayak to allow for a charming woodsy getaway. The room was cozy, and the charm of the area immaculate.

We loved the cabin. Everything was perfect for our romantic Anniversary trip. Cynthia is the best. She checked on us while giving privacy. The Hound Hauz is a beautiful jewel tucked within a short drive to everything. We can't wait to visit again very soon.

The cabin was a really great place to stay. It was a 20 min drive to the Renaissance Festival. For 14 people, there was plenty of room in all spaces of the house. The pool table was a great addition. We didn't get to use the fire pit but if we stay again we would love to. The lights on the area and the outdoors was beautiful. The hosts stay on property and are very responsive and helpful. We asked if they had an air mattress and it was brought over in only a few minutes. They have cute farm animals. They left us a welcome gift of farm fresh eggs and honey from their bees. We also got to purchase some honey as well! It was a wonderful trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie's place. It was a fishing trip with my husband away from the big city. It was very convenient that the whole back yard is surrounded by water. We caught catfish, carp and many turtles. There's also gars that you can see swimming in the water. I love birds and Debbie's place is a bird haven. We saw a lot of cardinals, goldfinch and an owl showed up one night while we were fishing in the dark. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place. The house is very simple with an old times charm. You can tell someone put a lot of love into this place. It was a great place to disconnect from the hustle of the big city and connect with nature. We really enjoyed it!

This was such a cozy location to stay in! The place looks exactly like the pictures. Lori was the best host, always responsive and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again! Definitely recommend!
