At the foot of the Forez mountains, in the heart of a medieval village in St Germain Laval and in the historic center, the Nid d'Ange Germanois welcomes you and offers a pedestrian circuit to discover its history. The apartment is located in a quiet and picturesque area. It is in this charming village that you can relax and enjoy the shops. Our village is 5 km from the A89/A72 highway, 45 minutes from Lyon or Clermont-Ferrand, and 30 minutes from Saint-Étienne.

Cozy 70 m2 duplex townhouse. It consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a very small but functional bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs 2 bedrooms: * the first has a double bed + 1 single bed. * the second has a double bed, a baby bed can be made available on request. You can park and enjoy the fully enclosed outdoors so there is no risk of your furry friends running away.

220 m² house with 1 ha park that can accommodate 12 people with 5 bedrooms (9 beds including two extra beds) two bathrooms and a toilet, 3 toilets, a heated swimming pool, a petanque court, an outdoor dining room with barbecue and heating umbrella. This house is monitored and has an alarm that will of course be stopped during rentals but can be reactivated at the request of the tenants if they are away.
