Monthly Rentals in Clemton Park

Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and even allowed a late checkout. Everything was smooth—would definitely stay again. A vacuum would’ve been a nice extra, but no complaints overall!

Helen was a great host. The place consisted of Dining/Kitchen/lounge room, Bedroom, and larege Bathroom/Laundry, as well as access to a small back yard area for relaxing and drying laundry. The bed was very comfortable and had handy storage space for unpacking some of our luggage. Internet was flawless and there were plenty of power points for charging. Plenty of room in the kitchen and all the appliances we needed. The area is very secluded and you should be prepared to walk a fair bit or take buses. The local atmosphere in the shops was very friendly and we were able to get all we needed to cook from local shops. There were a couple of great cafes about ten minutes walk away as well.

the lift location is excellent as the parking right beside the lift doors. Coles is walking distance and a few takeaway restaurants. There is a coffie shop down stairs. the train is a bus ride away by 5 minutes or so.

Yasmin’s was an excellent host and gave amazing, quick and kind responses. The air BnB was superbly clean, tidy, and beautiful. Thank you so much!
