Less than 5 mins walk to the town square where, amongst others, there is a small supermarket, bakery/patisserie, butchers and a tourist information office. The interior of the property is light and airy and the large gardens provide plenty of space in which to play and relax. Perfect for walkers, cyclists and anybody looking for a base from which to explore Normandy.

Come with family, friends, this 100 m² house (2000 m² of land) will be the place to meet. Outside: Private Parking, Pétanque Court, Charcoal Barbecue, Terrace. Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
