Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Clearwater County

Such a great place to unplug and rewind! My mom and I spent this time simply to hang out. We explored the surrounding area of nordegg which is beautiful and has lots to offer if you love the outdoors! Being able to come back to such a clean, bright, cozy space was perfect for us. The sauna was incredible and the beds so comfy and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Would for sure book here again! The miners cafe in the area is the best for pie and it’s a must as well :)

Our family and friends enjoy staying at this cozy cabin. My kids enjoyed the outside swing, zip line, monkey bar rope, singing to the deer outside the house, campfire, and exploring the property. The spacious kitchen is good for a big crowd. Large table is great for puzzling and painting. Beautiful property for walks. We look forward to next time.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and incredibly peaceful—exactly what I was looking for. Andrea was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they really care about their guests’ experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend and would absolutely come back!

This cabin was beautiful! From the decorations to the materials used on the cabin itself. It was a perfect place to have a peaceful, low key getaway. The location is one of the best lots in the area when it comes to privacy. We brought our two dogs and loved the rolling gate that closed off the front porch so they could go outside and we didn’t have to worry about them running away. The dog run is perfect as well for when they needed to do their business. We loved every minute and will definitely go back! The hosts are very easy to deal with and get back to you quickly. 10/10 all the way around!

Thank You very much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time at your place. The children were very happy and everyone found something to do. We played games, watched movies, sat by the fire and enjoyed the nature around us. Special thanks for the Easter bunny who visited us, we are delighted!

Absolutely beautiful place! Trevor was a great host and was super responsive to any questions that we had and was very accommodating! We will definitely be coming back and staying here in the future, we can’t recommend this place enough! :)

Daniel was very welcoming and helpful. It was great value for a spacious and beautiful 3 bedroom house in the country. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The nearby river was beautiful.

Beautiful property exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed to enjoy our spring break getaway. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Check-in and out processes were very clear. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Second stay here at “the rec base” with my lady and our 2 dogs. It was wonderful. This time we stayed in the dead of winter and it was so peaceful and quiet. We bundled up and walked the property, sat by the fireplace, put on some music and enjoyed some REAL down time. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise. We’re already planning our next stay. :-)
