Monthly Rentals in Clear Island Waters

Very clean and comfortable room, gorgeous outdoor area and pool. Bed was so comfy! Hosts were super friendly and accommodating Room is attached to garage and the garage has a sensor light. So anytime someone was in the garage at night not only could I hear their conversations which woke me up but also the light shone through into my room. Gorgeous view

I just absolutely loved Marilyn's place. I traveled solo, and this was perhaps the best solo Airbnb experience, although it would work for couples. I thoroughly thought that the home was adequately equipped with everything I needed, and it was a short uber away for all the key destinations I wanted to go as it was a very central location. I think what made staying at Marilyn's place was Marilyn herself. She is such a kind and endearing person, I booked a year in advance, and although my dates changed a bit. I decided to just stick with Marilyn just based on her great communication. She was always a short call away if I needed anything and would often say hi to her as I left. She is very personable, and I find that is more and more rare as AirBnB hosts commercialize properties.

Perfect place to use as I needed, a launchpad to both leave from and come home to. Had everything I needed, was immaculately clean and had all the little details that don’t normally get thought of. Thank you Faruk and Sirikorn

Couldn’t recommend Laurie’s place more, we were very happy with our stay - in a great location minutes from Pacific Fair and Mermaid Beach, and away from the hustle bustle leading into Surfers which we preferred. Laurie’s place is clean and all amenities available as listed. We had no troubles during our stay and found checking in and out a breeze. We would highly recommend Laurie’s place to stay when visiting the GC!
