Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The unit is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We were there for 5nights and never had any issues. Anna was very responsive to any questions.

Great spot! Came in with 10 others for a bachelor party. Walking distance to a grocery store and an easy uber away from the all the great spots near Downtown!

I often stay in the area where Anne's home is located to visit my nearby family. The neighborhood is charming, quiet and is conveniently located near several major roads and highways. Though I travel by car, I noticed the train station is a short walk away, as are several stores and restaurants. I had easy access to all the places I like to go when I visit, including downtown Denver, the Sloan's Lake area, and many good restaurants. The Airbnb space was larger than I needed, but I was happy to have it! The bedroom I chose to sleep in (there are 2) was quiet, and dark and had a very comfortable bed! I slept great. Anne herself is very kind and gracious.

This place is amazing!! It met all of our needs and if we needed anything we received very fast responses. I would stay here again.

we had an amazing stay here everything was just as described and pictured. our kids had a blast playing with the toys available in the basement. My husband got a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi. it was close to many local resteraunts as well as pretty much anything you might want to do. I think my husband wanted to buy the house instead of going back home😂 host was helpful and responsive we would definitely stay again

The place was super cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Most of our activities while in Denver were outdoors, so we only needed a place to sleep/shower. There were 4 of us so at times the place felt a little small but we didn't mind. Just keep that in mind if spending more time at the place with multiple guests. We were comfortable and enjoyed our peaceful stay at Emmy's!

We spent our second consecutive Christmas here. Similar to last year, the house worked perfect for the four of us. It is close to hiking trails, Golden, and walking distance to the train into Denver. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our holiday dinners. Most of all, Wendy was an awesome host and surprised us with a Christmas tree and other holiday goodies which made Christmas away from home even more special.

This is the second time that myself and friends stayed here. It’s a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Garrett was super responsive whenever I reached out with questions and accommodating with requests. Check in and check out was super easy. There’s lots of room and space for all of us to relax or needed a spot to work. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Denver.

We enjoyed our stay in Denver and the location was great for shows at Red Rocks and Fiddler's Green. House could use a little updating and attention to detail but host was responsive and helpful.

the condo was perfect for a ski weekend getaway with our pup. very thoughtfully decorated with high quality kitchen pans, remodeled bathrooms and supportive mattress. we'd love to stay again

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.
