Julie's house was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and all the amenities. The game room was a total blast, with something for everyone. We spent hours playing pool and ping pong. The outdoor area was just as impressive. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. The dock was an added bonus, perfect for docking your boat and just a short walk from the house. Overall, Julie's house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to go back!

This property was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed clear, starry nights and found everything we needed, including plenty of towels and a spacious pool. Late one night we were able to hear a coyote howl at night. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Charles, for providing such a great experience.

If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place!! We enjoyed the quiet and the pool was an added bonus!! The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. The back deck was wonderful as well. We watched football and relaxed on the sectional. Definitely will go back!

Steven’s house and 20 acres was a beautiful place to get away for a few days! My family enjoyed the stay and will be back!

We loved our stay. Place was phenomenal. We especially enjoyed all the fireplaces (real ones and tv ones!) as it set the perfect mood for a cabin stay. Super close the state park with great hikes. Would stay here again.

Riverbend was everything we hoped for and better. The rooms were spacious and provided enough privacy for when it was time to sleep. The open living and kitchen area had a lot of room to spread out and plenty of seating. Walking out on the back porch was breathtaking, with the pond right in your backyard. A huge bonus was the club house and playground area literally right next to the house. Also, the club house hosted a band on Saturday afternoon for anyone to come and enjoy. It echoed through the grounds, we didn't even have to leave our back yard to hear the band playing. What a great experience! We will definitely be booking at Pine Lake Resort again!

We had such a lovely stay at this Airbnb! We traveled with our three girls and another family, and the home had everything we needed. It was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully stocked—which any parent knows is a lifesaver when you’re juggling kids and travel. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families or groups—thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location if you are looking to do anything in the area such as the state park trails or the roadside attractions. There’s a saloon right up the road where you can go dancing at night or do a brunch after checkout. It is stationed next to a few other cabins with a fire pit area in the back in a more central location, but there is a decent amount of space between the houses. Clean, plenty of space, with porch out back that stretches the span of the house, and there are also basic kitchen tools including things like a cutting board with knives, I believe a blender, cake pans, pots and pans. Also includes a washer and dryer. The washer does rock back and forth and get pretty loud since it’s not entirely stable although my brother did manage to get it slightly more stabilized. Just be aware that the check in time is in the evening so expect to come in later or go do an activity before settling in.

If you are looking to go somewhere peaceful to relax and unwind, then this is the location for you! This location provides a beautiful lake view with breathtaking views from almost all directions, as it sits at the end of a peninsula. If you plan to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, remember to shop before arriving as this is a very small community with only a small Dollar General store. But the nearest town with a larger store is not too far from the area. You can catch the sun rise and set from each side of the home, while sitting outside on well designed decks. There is a boat ramp and dock for fishing and Kayaks onsite. The lake has great fishing! You can also feed the geese/turtles/ducks, which stay near the area too! I would recommend this home over and over again! It will be one of my favorites moving forward!

The cottage was very well stocked with necessary items; hair dryer, bath wash, plenty of towels, hand soap at all the sinks, extra blankets (nice and fluffy soft), paper towels, dishes, even some goodies on the table for snacking. Plenty of room. Timothy was prompt in getting back to me when I texted and he made me feel like I could contact him any time. Will definately consider renting again on our next trip to McAlester. Thanks Timothy.

Very peaceful, secluded, and romantic. I had a phenomenal weekend get-away with my boyfriend. The spa alone was worth the price of the trip. Perfect couples retreat. I highly recommend to all couples!

It was very clean and a nice place to stay. I loved the fenced in backyard. Everything was just like the pictures.

I loved everything about the place! Although I booked the property, I was not able to stay both nights at the cabin. My parents enjoyed every minute of the peaceful atmosphere! The place was gorgeous! Easy to get too and the host was very communicative and had very easy instructions for checking in and out! I hope to be able to return soon!

Perfect for my family and I

We stayed with 4 couples and 3 babies. The house allowed everyone to have their own bedroom, and even gave the child-less couple their own space away from the crying babies. The deck and fire pit were awesome. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was perfect! The only room for improvement in my opinion would be to organize and label the kitchen. I think it was fairly well stocked but there are tons of drawers and cabinets and no way to know what’s available or where to find things. We hope to make our trip an annual tradition and we will definitely book John’s house again if available!

Beautiful cabin, the weekend we visited there was snow so the road in was a little dicey but we made it and enjoyed a great cozy weekend. Host was very proactive communicating about the weather and making sure that we were bringing enough food since getting in and out on the roads would not be easy.

We had a wonderful time! The home was more beautiful in person than the pictures show. We loved the hot tub and the layout was perfect for our family! Check in and check out was easy. This home is a little out of town but the area is beautiful and worth the few extra minutes of driving. We cooked for every meal and the stove and oven were great. It had a Keurig which worked well. The laundry room is large and spacious. We did not try out the grill. The fire pit area is nice especially with the outdoor string lights. The fire pit itself is small, but we made s’mores and had fun out there. Overall a really wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.
