We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.

Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Located in Lakeshore, minutes from Windsor / Detroit, a perfect oasis for the couple looking for a quiet escape. The suite's private jacuzzi tub makes it the ideal place in any season! The suite is fully equipped, including a complete kitchenette, Smart TV, etc. A private BBQ is at your door. During your stay you will have access, day and night, to our heated salt water pool. It is open from mid March to early November at 32°C (90°F). The hot tub is open year round.

Not suitable for swimming ,free launch 3 mins up the road. 7-10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock & electricity ,5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car , popular Musky and Bass fishing . 5 mins to 401 , Groceries, LCBO ,C Tire . 40 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , wine country .ABSOLUTELY No smoking, Vaping inside but OK outside
