It was great staying at the arist studio behind Kyralesa's house. The elevated funky art that adorns the rich whethered walls was so beautiful. I could not get enough! The wood burning stove was really something else and brought a cozy feeling to the whole stay. It was very simple to check in and it was incredibly convenient being mere minutes away from downtown hudson. This truly was an elevated sleeping expereince. I really enjoyed my stay.

This place is everything you hope for in an Airbnb. Check-in was a breeze, the apartment was spotless, and it had every creature comfort you could want—clean sheets, full kitchen with dishes and cookware, easy-to-use heating and cooling, air purification, and even the cutest little dishwasher. The space felt private and peaceful, with thoughtful touches throughout—like a cozy faux fireplace that made it feel truly homey. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place just had a warm, considerate vibe. The setting is absolutely beautiful, nestled in the countryside but still accessible to downtown Hudson, trains into the city, and great local spots like coffee shops and grocery stores. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and respectful of our space. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Chelsea was an exceptional host—responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Her home was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable experience. We would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future!

Gethen's cottage is prefectly located near Hudson but also with no more than a 30 min drive of other villages in the western part of Columbia county. Walking the local roads provided us and our dog with lots of interactions with the local goats, pigs, sheep, chickens and sometimes dogs! Stargazing is also my husband's hobby and he loved being able to ramble the roads on clear nights. The kitchen in the cottage was definitely workable and we loved the induction stove.
