Eventful days in the Harz Mountains can be ended here in the private sauna and in front of the fireplace. In the large bedroom there is a workplace. In the living room, a comfortable box-spring sofa bed (1.60 x 2 m) offers additional sleeping space.

Our apartment in the cozy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and short-haired breeds are allowed.

Altenau offers the largest herb park in Germany, a disc golf course, a free forest swimming pool and the crystal thermal bath "Heißer Brocken" to pass the time.
