The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. The perfect "hideaway" for individualists: Duplex apartment on two floors in a fantastically quiet location without traffic noise, on request with private basement for mountain bikes. The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 2nd floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Apartment in a quiet forest location

Welcome to the Krafthaus, a historic forester's house from 1902 on the edge of the forest in the Upper Harz region. The sculptor Reinhold Kraft lived and worked here for many years. Sculptures and works of art in the apartment still remind us of his work today and give the house its special character. The large garden and the quiet location by the forest invite you to spend relaxing days with friends or family.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Hobby room

We offer a non-smoking room for 1-3 people (30 m²) in the basement with private bathroom (shower/toilet) and entrance. The room with 2.40 m ceiling height has a single bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people. We are dog-friendly by arrangement. Our house is located on a quiet side street at the exit of the village. Hiking trails and shopping are within 5 minutes. The bicycle storage is lockable.
