Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

Be my guest in my newly furnished 2 bedroom apartment in an apartment building near the popular and lively Kaßberg district, where small shops and pubs invite you to stroll and feast. A 140x200 double bed, sofa bed and large dining table in the living room, Wi-Fi, a new, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with tub offer a pleasant comfort. The nearest supermarket with bakery is in 5, the bus stop towards City in 1 minute walking distance.
