Monthly Rentals in Clarkson

It was a great stay for my family. My kids loved it. They provided baby cot, baby chairs, and some toys for them. The park was nearby. Just walking distance. It was a very private area. Felt safe like home. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking etc. All the rooms were very clean and comfy. We arrived a bit earlier, and the cleaner helped us in to settle our baby. Host was very responsive about how to handle the trash during certain cleaning days etc. Overall, it was a memorable stay while holiday with the family ! Thnks

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

I had such a lovely stay at this property. The home was spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out to me was the peaceful setting—tucked away in a quiet part of Clarkson, but still just minutes from the train station and close to all the local shops and amenities. Everything I needed was within easy reach, which made exploring Perth really stress-free. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the space. I especially appreciated the small touches—plenty of towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy setup that made it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a little calm during their trip!

We had a lovely stay at the Cottage on Coonewarra. Amanda and Geoff have very thoughtfully designed the space. It was quiet, clean and comfortable - a place we enjoyed relaxing in when we weren't out and about. It is an easy drive to the city or a short drive to the beach, including Yanchep National Park and Lagoon. Though we didn't require much guidance, Amanda made sure to connect in person and to be available as needed. We appreciated finding the porch light on as we arrived around 10:00pm for a late check-in and the ability to drop into a 24-hr IGA supermarket close by. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again - great value for money!
