Townhome vacation rentals in Clarence Valley Council

We spent a lovely week at Victoria’s place and really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse is private & very spacious. At our maximum, we had 8 people staying and still felt like there was room for everyone. Instructions were clear & there is a booklet provided on arrival which clarifies any further questions & provides some good recommendations. Couldn’t be closer to the beach or Sawtell town. We had elderly grandparents with us and found the townhouse to be very walkable for them to local restaurants and well equipped. A fantastic stay

Great accomodation in the perfect location. Angourie isn’t a very big place but this accomodation is so close to the shops, beach & headland. Good set up with 2 kids rooms downstairs and main room upstairs and a great view. I’d definitely recommend. ☀️

Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

Loved this place, perfect set up and location for our family holiday. Views are 10/10, location is perfect, walking distance to look out one way, short walk to shops and restaurants the other way. Bonville golf course 5min drive away. Loved it, will book again

Great house for a family. Clean, well-furnished and Nava was always reachable.

The unit was so spacious, light and was so nice to hear the ocean at night on the balcony. Melissa was a great host. Would definitely stay here again

Michelle's Seaside Sanctuary was beautiful and homely, perfect for a family of 4 adults. She provided lots of extras such as beach towels, sun cream, biscuits, breakfast cereal and lovely shower gels/shampoo/conditioner. I just loved sitting in the egg chair on the large balcony listening to the birds in the breeze.. it is 5 min walk to jetty where there are several restaurants and beach is a similar distance. we would highly recommend this Airbnb and would return again in a heart beat

Really well-appointed home in a great location. Beds comfy and had everything we could have needed. Didn’t use the pool with beaches so close. We had a lovely few days and would recommend (as long as have car for transport).

Lovely town house in the perfect location with 2 little cafes literally round the corner and a beautiful beach just steps a way. Kids loved jumping in Angourie pools. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Jimmi was super flexible and even let us charge our Tesla. Best time ❤️

We loved our stay at this townhouse. A great layout, super relaxing and the pool was a definite highlight. The Oceanstays team were so lovely and accommodating, making everything seamless. The location was also fantastic, we walked pretty much everywhere. We would stay again for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Roderick‘s place. The townhouse is modern, well equipped and nicely furnished. Bathrooms and kitchen were super clean. Restaurants are only a short car ride away. Roderick was super responsive at all times. We would definitely recommend this place and come back anytime!

Roderick’s place was perfect for my family and I staying in Coffs for the weekend to visit family. It has everything you need including a well stocked kitchen and beach towels. It was nice and clean too. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Byron’s. It had such a cool chill vibe and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the decor of the place. The location was so perfect too.. a short stroll to the back of the house to watch the most spectacular sunsets over the water and a 2 minute drive to Iluka beach for beautiful sunrises. Our family have made some special memories here. Thanks Byron 🧡
