We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend at this lovely chalet. The house was clean & well kept. Any issue was met with an immediate response from Paul & dealt with in person. I strongly recommend this chalet for a quiet, little getaway.

We had an amazing time at Pete’s. The location was perfect, we had our own private beach. The kids enjoyed the provided kayaks and water toys. Our dogs lived in the water for 7 days. The house is much bigger than it appears in photos, and has ample room for a large family or group.

I stayed with Nathalie while away on busness. it was warm clean and quiet. provided the perfect setting to collect my thoughts and relax after a stressfull day.

The loft was spotless, ultra-modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Absolutely loved this place and the hosts! Can’t recommend more!

A real little cocoon! The accommodation is cute, cozy, with beautiful river views. Conveniently located close to the village, it is a perfect place to recharge. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, it has everything you need. The host is super nice and welcoming — you immediately feel comfortable. I highly recommend it!

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. We first planned to visit Ottawa, but we quickly escaped the city and found this peaceful, quiet place. The indoor fireplace is a masterpiece, and the nearby lake is simply breathtaking. We disconnected in less than 24 hours. Now we can’t wait to come back…

One of the best Airbnb cabins in the middle of the nature

Andre is an excellent host who was very responsive and helpful, with great recommendations. We 110% recommend this beautiful cabin! It is private, clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, a big waterfall shower, cozy fireplace, super comfortable beds and a relaxing hot tub (perfect for star gazing or bird watching). I believe this place is perfect all year round for any of your adventures - we were lucky to have gorgeous sunny days filled with exploring the property and also a bonus snowy day, enjoying a book on the big comfy couch and soaking in the tub. Also, our dog absolutely loved it. Will be coming back for sure!

Such a great spot! Quiet, cozy and straight forward with everything needed for a relaxing and genuine rural Canada experience. A perfect place for a couple to get away and enjoy! Highly recommended!

Cozy cabin with wood-burning stove, well cut pass. Also the cabin was comfortable during the harsh cold and snow. I’d do warn though, that this place is a campsite, bathrooms are outside of the stay. But no worries the distance is not far at all.

This place was amazing! My fiancée and I stayed there for 2 nights with our dogs. The host was very helpful, answered promptly, and made sure we got settled in well. This is the perfect place to stay for a quiet cabin weekend! There is no wifi as mentioned in the listing, so it was nice to unplug and enjoy the outdoors, especially with all the beautiful trails nearby. The water is treated with chlorine, which you can definitely smell but there was plenty of bottled water supplied by the host. Overall beautiful place and response host, definitely recommend!
