HowBankAmbleside is a luxury house In the Ambleside conservation area, fully set up for a memorable stay and located two minutes from Ambleside's amenities. Tucked away in an elevated position next to Stock Ghyll Beck, with its sounds of cascading water, there are views to the Fells throughout. Our hot tub for 6 is under a slate roof for use in all weathers. There are many walks from the door so you can leave your car at the house during your stay. There is parking for 3 cars & an EV charger.

'Garn Yam' is tucked away up a quiet lane where we have a dedicated car parking space on the road by the cottage just in front of the grassed communal area , with Ambleside just being a short 2 minute walk away

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

Situated on the edge of Hartsop, a tiny and tranquil hamlet at the foot of Kirkstone Pass, Green Bank is a gem of a rural getaway, with stunning walks in fells - low and high level - and around lakes from the garden gate. A popular holiday let since the 1990s with many repeat visitors, Green Bank used to be managed by an agency and has relatively recently come to AirBnB.
