Monthly Rentals in Clapham

We stayed at Julien's place for a week while our daughter was settling into Flinders University which is only 10 minutes away. Julien provided clear accurate instructions on accessing his place and helped us with check-in. There was so much space in the room, and we were very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for a short term stay including electric frying pan, mini oven, toaster and bar fridge. It is located right behind the train station and only five minute walk to Belair Hotel which has great meals and service. We took the train into the city, which was roughly an hour trip but the scenery was beautiful travelling through the hills. Overall the stay was very comfortable, accommodating, and we would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time at On The Deck Belair. Peaceful, very private and with amazing views from inside and outside. Everything was provided and worked what one may need for a small gateaway. We met Peter couple of times who was very kind and friendly and their beautiful puppy Billy who made us smile coming in and out of the property. Should we come back to Adelaide, wouldn’t think twice to book again! Thank you for a memorable stay :)

Alex's place is quite spacious, suitable for a family of three or four with quite a lot of luggage.. especially if you bring a large vehicle, it is more than enough.. the location is quite strategic because it is close to the highway and the nearest Aldi, Alex is quite flexible with check-in and check-out times, we were very helped, the conclusion is that Alex's place is worth the money spent

We had a lovely weekend away, the house was delightful with high ceilings, great areas to sit and chat, a cosy TV area and a warm pool perfect for a family. All was clean and spotless and made for a great getaway. Nice coffee shop a short stroll away and a beautiful older suburb that we enjoyed. Would highly recommend. Note: We left some belongings behind and the customer service was outstanding. Really appreciated it. Special thanks to Lucinda.
