I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Quiet, luminous, close to the International City of Tapestry, the shops, with a great view on the remarkable patrimony of the town (Clock Tower, church, ruins of the castle) and the river Creuse, this studio may welcome up to 4 travelers.

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Authentic house in a very quiet cul-de-sac village. You will have at your disposal a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Located near Felletin, you will also be 20 minutes from Aubusson and 35 minutes from Lake Vassivière. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the semi-sheltered outdoor terrace or the living room equipped with a pellet stove. The land is fully fenced.

You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
