Latricia and Pete were incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and any issues that came up were promptly addressed. They were both so helpful and friendly, making our extended stay much more comfortable while we waited for our new home to be built. We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Very inviting and spacious apartment. Decor around the apartment gave a feeling of being home. Apartment is close to several restaurants and stores. William met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered our questions.

This is a great place to stay. we where looking for a place to stay to spend time with family for Christmas an this was the perfect stay. Very clean an quiet an safe area to stay. Thank you so much Liliya. we will be staying here again when we return in spring

Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

The area where Pia’s retreat is is simply gorgeous. The views out the back windows are pastoral, peaceful and breathtaking. The apartment is pristine, with easy access and comfortable bed and couch. We stayed one night in order to do a wildflower hike to Kyle’s Ford Falls (insanely beautiful carpets of wildflowers right now) and to climb to Upper Elrod Falls, which is even more beautiful than the lower falls (dangerous climb though, with rope) We ate at Amis Mill Eatery, which was really tasty, and talked to the local historian and owner, Jake for a long time. Pia’s apartment has one below it, but the occupant was quiet. Do bring your own spices and oil if you cook in her gorgeous kitchen. Apartment was pristine, and we had a simply marvelous stay.

The house was clean and tidy. We only stayed one night but it served our needs. Teresa was very friendly and helpful even after a long days work.

The photos and description do not do this property justice! My friends and I were comfortable in this spacious, yet homey home. Kitchen had everything you could need, home was spotless, fire pit and hot tub were great. The owner was very polite and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip

Our visit was fantastic. Check in was very straightforward and the building was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything we need for cooking. Private dock is an easy walk down a small hill, much more convenient then other homes on the lake. Nearby marinas and restaurants were a blast and everyone in our group enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay at this home again in the future.

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

Lisa was a great and welcoming host. The home was well kept and has a cozy feel to it. The view and surrounding area were great.

The home was everything that was advertised. We understood that the lake would be down this time of year so we were not concerned about that. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and everything in the home was clean and working. We really had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving here and will be looking into coming back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the lake!

5 Stars – A Peaceful Getaway! I had a wonderful stay at The White House in Tazwell, Tennessee. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making sure everything was just right during my visit. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a comfortable base to explore the surrounding area, this spot is a great choice. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place and have stayed a couple times. Its always clean and welcoming the host is very friendly and the area is just beautiful!!

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

We enjoyed our stay in Bean Station. Cliff was very helpful and always available when we needed something. Would definitely come back❤️

This condo is beautiful. Great location if you want to be on the lake. The owners were very quick and polite in their responses to all of the questions we had.

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

We loved our stay! The view is absolutely amazing! Cliff was very great with communication prior to our arrival and upon our departure. Very spacious and comfortable condo! It was a very relaxing stay, I would definitely stay here again.

We did a family vacation with 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 4). The Condo was really nice and fit our family's needs. Beautiful location and views, the decks were great to sit and relax on. The screened-in porch came in really handy at night time to sit and chat or play games. The kids enjoyed going to the pool before and after boating. The condo had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend this place to everyone. Pictures don't do it justice.
