We stayed here the night of our wedding. It was such a peaceful place to come back too. Susie had decorated the space with balloons, bunting and even had a bottle of fizz on ice. So incredibly thoughtful 🥰. The space was clean, comfortable with all that we needed. Very much enjoyed being able to have a bacon sandwich on the decking in the sunshine when we woke up. Sad we couldn’t stay longer - highly recommend

Tatiana and Leiam have been very accommodating. Their responses have always been quick when I had any questions. Their home is beautiful and comfortable. It is situated close to shops and restaurants that is walkable. I would recommend them and will definitely book again.

The Boathouse is tucked away in a little estuary side on going boatbuilding yard, with the sound of wildlife and workers preparing rigs for sailing or having an after work drink at the local pub. There is a stopping of time in this edge of England. The Boathouse is furnished either every tasteful home appliance you need to enjoy time away without stress. The ambiance is restful , tidy and peaceful. Our days flew by in long walks along the estuary, followed by pub dinner in the fresh air, then sleep. It was a perfect break.

We stayed here for one night with 4 children! They absolutely loved it, the lodge was amazing and location was fantastic. Plenty to do for children, bike’s on site to use, fishing lake play area. Was a 10/10 stay and great value for money. Have told all our family and friends and will definitely be staying again

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s property. Perfect location for walking into the town and access to beautiful walks. The secluded garden was ideal as we had our dog with us. The house itself was lovely and clean with lots of lovely little extras that you might forget to pack. The traffic on a morning is quite busy but we wake early so it was not a problem for us. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

The Pavilion was comfortable and well equipped, close to some beautiful walks and many excellent pubs. Liz was a very responsive host and to be met with milk, bread, butter, eggs, marmalade etc - all you needed for breakfast - was much appreciated. The beautiful bunch of daffodils was also a lovely touch. We had a great weekend and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Julia could not have been more accommodating and flexible. She went over and above to not only make us feel extremely welcome but to assist us with any requests we made throughout our stay. The cottage is wonderful - it's very well equipped and a really comfy / peaceful place to stay. Before and after a day's work, it was great to be able walk direct from the front door into lovely countryside - a real tonic. We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. This was my first stay in a pod. It was very comfortable. The shower is close by but not fun on a cold morning! Tea and coffee were left and cooking facilities fine. As I was walking light, I wasn't carrying food and it was a long walk to the nearest shop. Great view across the fields at the edge of the site. A good first experience! Thank you

This house is very clean and modern. With a well equipped kitchen. The ensuite makes it perfect if sharing with friends. Plus a downstairs loo. It is a ten minute walk to the beach which has a nice cafe . The pub was a ten minute walk the other way. Serving food. The garden is big and very private with furniture and a small BBQ. A very nice two night stay.

The caravan was modern, roomy and so comfortable. Felt right at home straight, with lots of extra touches like a Ninja air fryer, board games of which all made the trip even more enjoyable. The outdoor area is lovely, spacious and comfortable and gets most of the sun throughout the day. Oli was an amazing host, he was attentive and promptly responded to messages in a friendly, helpful manner. All the instructions in the caravan were clear and there was no difficulty in using anything. The site itself was the perfect size to walk round, being situated on the beach with a great family friendly clubhouse serving lovely food and with great entertainment. Will defo be coming back!

We stayed at Hedgehog chalet with our 2 children as a base to explore a bit of Suffolk. The Chalet was easy to find, plenty of parking and easy to access. Beautifully presented, fresh and clean , the kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the crisp white bed linen and towels were lovely ! There is a nice courtyard garden space too. Rachel left an informative welcome guide to the local area , attractions and restaurants which we found very useful. This was the perfect space for our weekend break and would highly recommend for a small family.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

I know the surrounding area as my family lived nearby some years ago and I visited as a child. The hiuse was as described, beautifulky decorated and clean and was well equipped and supplied for our stay. The local pub the Victory is great and so is the chippy Yates' is excellent. Our children enjoyed the pier too. Our firends were keen tonlook round as they wanted to stay in the future but the house is fully booked ! Thanks and we may be back in the future.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!
