Great vacation at this little house at the bottom of a beautiful and large fully enclosed garden, very well maintained and without any vis-à-vis. The pool is really nice. The house is clean, well arranged and functional. It is spacious enough for a family of 4. It is conveniently located, close to all amenities, restaurants, the beach and the city center, within walking or cycling distance for a small ice cream. Marina and David are very friendly. They are easily reachable and responsive when needed. We had the pleasure of getting to know Vanessa who is very kind and just as available and responsive if needed. We will return with the greatest pleasure.

little slice of heaven for a top stay! Extremely well-equipped mobile home with all the essentials, and more. There's even a large grocery store left for tenants! Not to mention board and outdoor games, cooking utensils, right down to tissues and blankets for cool evenings! In addition, everything was in a state of impeccable cleanliness. Lots of beautiful flowering plants and other decorations. It really feels like a cocoon. Océane and her family were very welcoming and responsive and we even each had a small gift on arrival! All in a very landscaped and very well maintained campsite offering many activities. Note that the nearest oyster hut is within walking distance! I recommend this rental 100%!!!

Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! I would highly recommend it! Thank you for your responsiveness and kindness for our arrival and departure 🥰

Alison gave us a warm welcome from our first exchanges. She has the sense of hospitality. The accommodation was clean, very well equipped and well decorated. A real cocoon to spend a few relaxing days, which we did thanks to her. A big thank you!

We had a great week with family in this house. Super clean, very functional and very beautiful! We had bikes available to reach the city center in a few minutes and the pool was very much appreciated by the children. The hosts are super responsive which is very nice In short, I would highly recommend this house for groups.

What an amazing week we had at this beautiful villa. From the second we arrived the kids were straight in the pool and were delighted with the toys left out! The description was perfect, well equipped kitchen, great air con (much needed) and the outdoor space was amazing. The host and the agent were great, even helped us find a local baby sitter for a wonderful evening out. If you can cycle everywhere that’s a great option, if not a car is needed to explore the area. All in all would highly recommend as a wonderful base to explore this beautiful place.

Pascal and Fabienne are very welcoming. The accommodation corresponds in every way to the description and the little touches make young and old happy. The environment is very quiet and the proximity to the lake, restaurants and children's island allowed us to spend a great week with the family. We'll be happy to go back!

A smiling and friendly welcome, a 5-star host and a beautiful location. A bubble with an amazing view. We were able to disconnect for 24 hours and enjoy time with family to rest and relax. Catherine is a great hostess. She is very friendly and very helpful and has given us valuable tips for day trips, restaurants and attractions of the area. Was always very accessible, either in person or by phone. The apartment is beautiful and very well furnished and very quiet due to its location. Remaining equipment can be reached in minutes. The apartment is absolutely recommendable for guests who are not looking for a standard apartment. The village of Talmot-sur-Gironde is suitable for a relaxing holiday. However, for activities and other activities (bakery, shopping, etc.) you need a car.

Due to the photos at the listing, we were already enthusiastic, but once we were in the beautiful house it exceeded our expectations. The house is furnished with taste and care and equipped with every comfort. So nice that there were bicycles, we made beautiful bike rides. The house is a few minutes‘ walk from the beach. Wonderful hiking in the storm and saw a beautiful sunset the next day. We had wonderful days. It's a top house.

We stayed as a family with small children (2.5 and 5yo) at Sophie‘s place and it suited our needs perfectly. The house is spacious, clean, looks exactly as pictured and provides everything we needed for our week-long vacation. It is conveniently located, in walking distance both to the daily market, small shops and restaurants at the center of town as well as the beach. Check-in and check-out were really easy and Sophie was very quick to answer all our questions. Thank you again, Sophie!

We had a fantastic time at this spacious airbnb. Everything was as described and decorated beautifully. The huge fenced garden was amazing for our dog. The house is private and has absolutely everything you’ll need. We could even use the bicycles, which was great for getting around. We would definitively recommend this airbnb to others.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . beautiful, well equipped house about half an hour walking from the beach. the big situatie were the two bikes that we could use, perfect to get around with! we loved our stay here! just be aware not to follow Google Maps, it takes you into the sand at the backside of the house.

We had a great time with the family. The house is perfect for small children with the protected pool. This one is not heated, but with the hot weather, it was appreciated. All the equipment is on site, from the laundry basket to the plancha:) The bedding for the children was great, but the bedding for the adults may need to be renewed. Anne-Laure was very responsive and available.

We spent a lovely week in Saint Palais sur mer. Francoise’s apartment was in a fantastic location, so near everything we needed. The view was amazing. Parking super easy on the street. The kitchen had all the amenities. We would highly recommend and hope to return.
