We had a lovely holiday,the house is very beautiful,comfortable, well located, steps from the city center, small shops and across the street from the Lo Shanghai Da Vincenzina restaurant and its excellent traditional cuisine. Everything ready is also the Cascate del Rio Verde regional reserve. Giovanni was a great host ,very kind and made us feel right at home. Thanks Giovanni.

Beautiful house in the heart of Villa Santa Maria! Maria always responded very quickly and attentively! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few days in a natural environment and disconnected from the chaos. The only thing I would have liked to know is that there are several stairs to get to the property, since it is not only in the historic center but also the house is on a high floor, so I recommend moving with a light bag. (The ad says there are stairs, but I didn't think there were so many. It was also my responsibility to ask.) I would definitely go back if I'm in Chietti!

Valeria's place in Colledimezzo was perfect! It was wonderful to have a place of our own while visiting family in the town. It is centrally located near the main piazza, and was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Abruzzo. The place matched the description and photos, and Valeria was the perfect host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay there again in the future. Grazie, Valeria!

We stayed during the Easter period, the house is very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals: an electric oven, a microwave and an induction stove with 1 burner. A large fireplace completes the picture, and we used it to make charcoal. Upstairs, a room with a double bed and a single bed where I slept very well. The bathroom with shower had everything you needed: hairdryer, towels, shampoo. The house has electric heaters, which are very useful during colder periods. The village is very colorful and quiet, with a bar always open 50m walk. The owners welcomed us with warmth and a smile, making us feel right at home. We had a good time and recommend it for a stay in Borrello and the surrounding area.
