I am a repeated guest, when I am coming this way don’t want to stay on the busy City. This place is quiet good for renting, be aware you have to check in after 8:00 pm so you are paying for 12 hours

very pleasant place the truth that is well located, there are squares fences, the Oxxo almost in front, there are things to improve.

The best quality/price, undoubtedly 5 stars in everything, it complies with what it advertises, it is a simple room, with its bed with clean sheets, its blanket, a chair and plenty of space to put your clothes and things, it has a full separate bathroom with hot water always👍🏻, it has total play TV as well as the internet that is perfect. The weather is perfect, it has a ceiling fan and a MiniSplit(cooling) which was a little old, at least in the room I stayed but it met its perfect function, the room is always cool, although it should be clear that I was not in the hottest season, who knows how these days. In addition, as the ad says, it has a separate entrance. It is through a hallway next to it. I personally do not use the washing machine and dining room services because I did not require them, so I cannot comment on them. The location is perfect, very safe, even in front there is a park and there was always a police unit, it is very central, it is close to a lake that you can walk to. There are many places to eat nearby, of all styles and flavors, and in addition, the food delivery by app arrives very quickly. The host is very friendly, he is always attentive if anything is required, I feel at home. Highly recommended for someone looking for a nice little room to spend a couple of days, it is very quiet, the other guests are very quiet and as each entrance is independent even sometimes you do not run into anyone, you can enter and leave at all times.
