Communication with Maxi was very good, but what we liked the most was the willingness of his father (who gave us the apartment) to receive him back very early in the morning, at dawn. And he did it with the best vibe.

We came to visit for a family birthday celebration. The home was exactly like it was described and very cozy. The location was perfect, easy to do day trips into Montevideo, Punta del Este, and Colonia! Marisa was a wonderful host and we hope to visit again soon!

Very convenient space to spend 6 months. Easy to access beach, stores, bus, and friendly neighbors. Traffic noise during morning and evening commute hours. Mary and her family quickly responded to any questions or concerns. Yes we would stay here again.

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We spent some very pleasant days. The accommodation is everything as shown and described. You quickly feel like "at home." Each space is enjoyable in its own way, from the grillboard in the background to the huge stove in the middle of the house. The area is quiet. Surely we will go again! Inés' little house was extremely practical and comfortable for us. We were with our two dogs, who had a fully fenced space in the garden that was very appropriate for us. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and the grill. The house is cool and was impeccable

We stayed 15 days at Marta's house after selling ours and it was an excellent decision because it allowed us to end the summer in a beautiful place, in a super nice house and served by a friendly, attentive and warmly cordial host. We recommend it without a doubt

Divina la casa, as seen in the photos! The spectacular view. The quiet re neighborhood. There is a supermarket close by that has everything! As a suggestion we told the host to leave toilet paper for the day of entry and reviewers in the kitchen for the stay, the rest ok. It would be nice if it included linens and towels but that is advised from the start. Thank you for everything!

Really, from day one, as soon as we booked, Charo's attention and willingness was excellent. Concerned about our arrival and telling us everything that was around us to enjoy it. Perfect location, in front of the beach, quiet, impeccable, close to everything, fully equipped and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. A place created with a lot of love and it shows. Good place to stay in Plaza Independencia

The dpto had everything you need for an optimal stay. We went as a family (6 in total) and we were comfortable. Pablo the host a 10 always aware and even allowed us to retire later in order to travel quietly. The re building near the beach and with many amenities to take advantage, beautiful patio, indoor and outdoor heated battery and children's playroom. Super friendly staff and everything is always clean. Hopefully we can come back soon. Regards and thank you!!

Eleanora is a fantastic and attentive host. The apartment is tastefully appointed and is in a optimal location. We enjoyed our time at the apartment and felt extremely comfortable.
