A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Glamping in one of our 5 rustic and very comfortable safari tents on our working dairy farm close to Swanage. Tents sleep up to 4 guests in a king bed, twin beds or double cabin style bed. A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

Property is seaside/beach theme, refurbishing and updating when no guests are booked, new king size bed, new sitting room and bedroom carpets. Stair basket for shoes at entrance. (semi detached so please respect neighbours) Warm welcome to families with children, get away for couples or retreat for someone on business, travel or work. Breakfast not provided but there are local shops and supermarkets close by and kitchen provided. Parking and own entrance. Please read house manual.

Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. Secure for children and dogs. Numerous footpaths direct from the door. Many places of interest reached by car or train including Paultons Theme Park. The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.

Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
