Vacation rentals in City of Playford

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Country Paradise. As a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 10 and 15) we chose this place for my partner to recover after an operation having travelled interstate. What stood out for us from the get go was the open space that the accomodation sat on which offered the chance for the kids to go out and explore or sit in the incredibly huge and well furnished covered gazebo area. Penny and Brian were excellent hosts and our interactions with them were always pleasant, with both of them a wealth of information and hospitality. I would recommend having a hire car as there is no public transport nearby, but its only a $20 Uber to nearest town (Elizabeth) and connecting rail which gets you easily into Adelaide. (Elizabeth has a large shopping mall to cover most of your convenience/ grocery needs). There are a lot of unique features to the property which came as a great but welcome surprise and the place exudes character. Highly recommended!

It's absolutely a fantastic place to stay. Thi kept the room clean and neat ready. I appreciated and love her room decorations. Very comfortable large bed with private access to your own bathroom, fridge and microwave. Lots of space and a table to use. Thi also gives prompt responses to your questions, she is trustworthy and very professional. I plan to stay again next year!

Clean and comfortable

The Miners Cottage, hosted by Rebecca is a quiet and quaint little Airbnb nestled next door to a family home on a beautiful property in Cockatoo Valley near the Barossa Goldfield's. The cottage has so much personality to it and it's clear that much thought was put into setting it up. Rebecca has gone above and beyond in providing niceties to her guests. From local milk, eggs and high quality bacon for breakfast to a convenient bread machine for one's fresh bread urges and bathrobes for drying during a post soak cup of tea. We loved our stay and thought the price was exceptional value compared to some of the tripe Airbnbs out there. I would recommend this stay in a heartbeat. Salutations, Jack
