Vacation rentals with a hot tub in City of Industry

We loved Ari’s soulful home in Silverlake. It was peaceful and secluded, with a great view and outdoor space, while at the same time in walking distance to the reservoir, shops and restaurants. The interior was lovely and we especially appreciated all of the beautiful art. Ari was responsive and provided clear instructions. We had a great stay and would love to return sometime.

Had a wonderfully relaxing experience at Carla's place. Everything we needed was on hand and the small space was very well laid out for our needs. The spa was wonderful and the area of town was ideal for us. Carla responding quickly to our questions regarding check in and pro-actively let us know an early check in was available which was very kind and helpful as we adjusted our plans accordingly. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Carla again when in LA in the future.

What an incredible stay! We wondered if all the glowing reviews could be true — but from our first message with David to stepping through the door, everything was perfect. The bungalow had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made it effortless to relax and enjoy. We loved David’s recommendations (all fantastic!) and the daily jacuzzi was a dream. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the whole place had a peaceful, calming vibe that made it easy to switch off and recharge. This is a true hidden gem — we’re already planning our return! David’s helpfulness and quick responses made the experience even better. Thank you, David, for making everything so easy and welcoming!

Had a great time staying in Alycia’s guest/pool house. I drove from Bay Area and arrived hours earlier than intended and she was more than accommodating and let us get settled in early. Jacuzzi was a god send and the lounge area was really nice to relax in in the sun

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity, a reflection of James himself—an incredible soul whose kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. Every detail in the home is thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

The Rancho Cottage was perfect for our week long stay a family of four with an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Chantal was an amazing host and even made coloring books for our boys - one of just many thoughtful, special details. The pool area is stunning and was such a nice relaxing retreat, especially given the August heat in LA. The hot tub was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed each night. For anyone else with kids considering a stay, highly recommend Kidspace Museum in Pasadena, the Natural History Museum, and of course, Disneyland. All three were huge hits with our kids. Hannah & Daniel’s place was just what I needed for a peaceful, Spring Break staycation. I was looking to stay somewhere with a pool and the hosts were sure to give my partner and I privacy during the days we were there. The pool was not heated and it was so cold, but the jacuzzi really makes up for it. The peacocks are very present (which I enjoyed), so the description is pretty accurate - you will hear them and you will most definitely see them! We had a great time reading and spending a couple days using their amenities.
