Great value for money accommodation in a quiet rural location but close enough to pubs and public transport. Good location for exploring the wider area by car, bicycle or train.

We had a lovely stay here, we were attending a wedding and so didn’t get to make the most of the beautiful location. The annex is separate to the main house, is exceptionally clean, access to the garden was via large bi fold doors to the back with a lovely garden and scenery to enjoy a morning coffee. Arrived to the log burner lit and the house ready for us. Tea/coffee and fresh milk had been left which was gratefully received. The kitchen well stocked for cooking and everywhere clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and great at communicating quickly, next time we are travelling in the area would definitely stay here. Can recommend in the summer for the peace of countryside with a pub a short walk away, or a cosy retreat in the winter.

All good! Suited our needs very well. Lovely quiet location. Alison was a very responsive, flexible host, and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack. The younger ones loved the games selection!

A lovely stay in the pavilion for a long weekend. The space is perfect for chilling and also good location for visiting nearby places like Colchester. Breakfast bits provided and swimming pool is lovely treat. Thank you Liz

The Balcony suite is beautifully presented. Lovely big bathroon with walk-in shower, tastefully decorated bedroom with comfortable bed and the balcony to sit on to sip a glass of wine as the sun set. The grounds are wonderful to walk around and a swim in the pond was so refreshing on a very hot day. The location is so peaceful and relaxing - time to slow down... Overall this was a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days. There is just a microwave for cooking, but plenty of options to dine out in the area - the perfect excuse when you're away from home!

This is a very rural and peaceful location in the Suffolk countryside - but only about 10 minutes from the main roads for quick access to other places you may like to visit.

We enjoyed a very relaxing short stay in the accommodation, which was well appointed and located in a really peaceful and quiet area. The location was close to family and areas of local interest, so was extremely convenient. Thank you for your help, Janie.

This place is amazing, we celebrated a birthday here and the place gives pure girly party vibes! The hosts were so kind and friendly and I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Clear instructions on how to get in were given, decorated beautifully and lovely and clean.

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

The room was just what we needed as it was so close to Vauxhall Farm where our church were having a camp weekend away. So we could join in during the day but didn't need to rough it in any way!! At Nancy's we had such a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It was beautifully clean, and quiet. There was plenty of room to park too. It took us a bit of time to find it as our sat nav told us is was on the opposite side of the road!

Couldn't have asked for more from Philippa's Annex. It is a role model example of AirBnB hosting and accommodation going above and beyond! Philippa's communication was friendly, professional and effective, the annex is attentively equipped with everything you could possibly need. The patio was a great bonus to have for our trip in May/June. Perfect place to unwind on a summer evening. Honestly can not fault our stay at all! Will without doubt be back if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

Lucy was very friendly and I appreciated her responsiveness. The airbnb was very clean and she left eggs and bread which was such a nice surprise. Stayed for 13 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Lucy!

The property is exactly as described. The hosts - Tony and Masha - are very helpful and friendly. They also gave us lots of recommendations on local restaurants which we would never find by ourselves. Location is perfect - near the beach. We have enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend it.

The apartment was of a very high standard the kitchen amazing. The cleanliness exemplary and excellent communications - super comfy bed and relaxing environment. The kitchen was so well equipped - cannot fault a single thing !
