Family-friendly vacation rentals in City of Cockburn

We stayed at Annabelle’s apartment as we were visiting relatives in West Leederville and it was a perfect location. There is a very handy coffee shop a few minutes walk away from the apartment for morning coffee. Subiaco is a short walk with lots of independent shops and amazing places to eat. We can highly recommend Shui, it was amazing. The train station is also a short walk with very easy access to the City and other places like Fremantle. The apartment was also perfect for our needs. It has a lovely bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. The bed was also very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It was also handy to have the use of the washing machine and tumble drier. We would highly recommend this apartment as everything was as described and Annabelle was the perfect host as she was always very responsive to any of our questions.

We loved this place because it is in the middle of South Freemantle and all that it has to offer. Tips for maximising your stay here... Walk to South Freo dog beach for a morning swim, then get a coffee and pastry at Wild bakery. Dine on impeccable Mexican at La Cabana, then have a post dinner drink at Madalena's. Catch the bus into Freemantle to shop and soak up the vibes. Or, just stay home and cook in the kitchen as it has all the gear you need to make whatever you enjoy eating.

Annette was a very responsive and helpful host. Her place was neat, well-stocked with amenities, and the breakfast items were a lovely touch. A peaceful and convenient location. We had a great stay and would come back.

Absolutely loved our stay in Subiaco, the apartment was easy to find from the train station, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the location is perfect for getting around the city. We were very impressed

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . Perfect location and close to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and spacious and Rachel was a excellent host. Would recommend this property if travelling with family or group of friends. Was perfect for our 7 night stay in Scarborough.

Agatha is a wonderful and accommodating host . The home is close to the city, cafes and the shops are only a drive away. Easy stroll to the river. On arrival snacks, biscuits, cereal and much more provided. Milk and cold water in the fridge The bed was comfortable. Use of a washing machine and dryer also a clothes line for sunny days. Highly recommend a stay

Maggie was a fantastic host, she kindly blocked out the calendar so we had the option to extend our stay. This was extremely appreciated as we were dealing with renovations at home due to a flood with an unknown end date. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a great stay, truely felt like home to us. Very pet friendly and our Staffy enjoyed the big backyard with secure fences. Overall very happy with our stay and highly recommend Maggie and this house to future guests.

We enjoyed our stay very much. the location was perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes and beautiful parks as well as the zoo. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We did have some issues with ants but given other guests comments, this may be a wider strata problem, however it was easily resolved with keeping food items off the counter tops. There is on site parking for one car and the area was quiet. we visited in winter so didn't spend time outside, though I imagine it is lovely in warmer months. Linda provided us a travel cot and highchair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Highly recommend everyone come Perth stay at this place. 1. Location is good , not too far to everywhere . 2. Bed so company , blanket very warm , and whole place very clean . 3. Owner won’t bother you even this bnb is behind their property . But they always reply you very fast if you need any help . 4. Hot water system and heater /aircon working very good . I’m very happy about this stay . Highly recommended!!

Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Your apartment was perfect us We hope to stay with you again when we next visit our Perth family. We especially appreciated the quietness and privacy - an oasis to relax. Also the fresh air and fan for overnight. Lovely linen and comfy pillows ( not to be taken forgranted!) The washing machine and full kitchen. And finally the close proximity to the beach front , shops and golf course !! :-) Perfect.. thank you

It was like staying in your own private art gallery and museum. A comfortable and entertaining retreat after our days exploring Perth. The enclosed courtyard provides an amazing ambience to every level. Excellent accessibility to opus stadium if you are attending events there Has every amenity provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable

We had a lovely time at Julie’s visiting friends in Perth. Julie was extremely friendly and even let is check out later on the last day. She also provided heaps of baby things such as changing station, baby cam etc which was really thoughtful. Very well appointed little flat.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this gorgeous property. Everything you could ask for ... and more!! Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fresh bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, butter & cereals + other essentials. Lovely, responsive hosts. Private off-street parking at entry for our hire car was a huge bonus. Leisurely 20 minute stroll to markets, foreshore & pretty-well everything else! Honestly, hubby & I could not have asked for (nor needed) more!

These hosts were super friendly and offered further assistance than they needed to. Great spot and the amenities were very easy to use. TV was also very straight-forward and could get on to Netflix with no hassle. Walking distance to 2 niche bars and cafes. I highly recommend this place for a weekend trip.

It was an amazing stay for the first leg of our trip in Perth, nearby to the city and plenty of attractions. Definitely loved the location. The house itself was cosy, and had everything we needed. Thank you Rami, for being such a friendly and helpful host!

Lovely house to stay in. Walking distance to restaurants and not too far from Fremantle town centre too. We came in winter and the pool isn’t heated which is a shame so we couldn’t use that but it didn’t detract from the enjoyable stay we had

My partner and I spent the long weekend at one of the most beautiful, natural, and charming places we’ve ever visited. The hosts – Sally, Alan, and Mirella – are truly special people: kind, helpful, warm, respectful, and full of joy. We felt very welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. We loved the peaceful environment, surrounded by nature, birds, stunning gardens, and beautiful architecture. The space was private, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the fresh milk, bread, eggs, butter, and jam left in the fridge for us – such a lovely gesture. The kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail was clearly prepared with care. It felt like a healing retreat – exactly what we needed. There are also plenty of things to do around the area, though we were just as happy staying in and soaking up the calm atmosphere. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll definitely be back. We highly recommend this special place to anyone.

Kim's apartment was exactly what we needed for.our stay in Perth. Clean and comfortable, with quick access to train station, beach and restaurants of Mosman Park. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Home away from home. We were comfortable from the moment we set foot in the apartment. The unit was full of the amenities we needed for our short stay, and our children enjoyed the board games provided in the apartment. Location was superb, due to its proximity to Kings Park. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Had a fabulous stay at Paul & Linda’s place while visiting Scarborough. Location could not have been better. Apartment was exactly as described and had everything you could need.
