The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

What a great place ! Well equipped, had everything we need and want including the bodyboards (loved it !) Location was superb ***** We had trouble with locking and unlocking the door, when locking ourselves out I managed to get hold of Caroline to give us a new code. She was very helpful and told us about the local restaurants that had deals on. Also having parking was really good as it can get very very busy ! All in all had an amazing time and was sad to leave !

We LOVED our stay here, we will be booking again next time we’re in Perth.. best place we have found in the whole city. We have a toddler and being so close to the beach, playgrounds, endless space to ride her bike, a pool and a balcony we could sit and watch cars and the ocean made our life so much easier! Dumbo gelato down the road was a daily occurrence (every flavour is good), listening to the ocean all night, sunset markets on a Thursday night a short walk away, a short walk to Coles and a well stocked kitchen to make meals easy made our stay just what we needed. Highly recommend this place, we had no complaints!

The living room is much bigger than the picture with a big tv and the very most 2 big comfortable sofa and we are so delighted for that. I think this apartment is at one of the best spot in the block, top floor with 2 bedrooms facing the sea is just amazing with a spacious balcony too, we love to have breakfast there and see the sunset everyday. Location is great, the window soundproof is great, wish to live there forever ☺️and we’d love to be back.

It was a great stay! Super close to the beach. Lay out is a little weird, you enter through the 2nd bedroom so if you have kids that need a nap you can’t have someone coming and going. Amazing location though! We loved our stay

The location of, and ocean views from, this property are outstanding! Private but spacious apartment and secure parking. I stayed with three grandchildren under 10 and it was a perfect experience for us. 200m from the beach, Scarborough pools, playground, supermarket, bars and cafes, not counting the complex pool! The hosts were fantastic and we had a really fabulous time here!

Clifton on Scarborough was a perfect place for us to stay. Location amazing directly opposite the beach and having Coles next door was super handy. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed and was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent communication from the host. Highly recommend.

It was amazing to have a week at M’s house for our holiday . The house is lovely , tidy and Lynn is very friendly . We had the chance to taste fresh sourdough made by Lynn. She is a wonderful host . Thank you .

Levi & Trevor are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Our family of 8 had a lovely and comfortable stay at their home. The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The house was spotless, new, spacious, it had everything you would need. Loved our welcome package also...Thank you very much! The house is in the most perfect location being walking distance to Optus Stadium, the Casino, the Swan River and other restaurants. We will be back to stay again!

The review for: The homestay for 4 adults and 1 child from 26 May to 31 May 2025: The homestay was cozy, clean and comfortable. As muslim tourists I really like the bidet in the toilets, making the house Muslim-friendly. The kitchen is generally clean but the microwave was dirty so we couldnt heat up the leftover food.

Such a cozy little villa, I had such a pleasant stay and my dog was welcomed too. My Partner and Mum joined me on my stay and they thought it was a great little place. Lovely gardens and plants throughout the house and a very convenient location. The only thing I could advise is if you have a bigger vehicle it is a little awkward to park. But other than that everything else was perfect and neighbours very friendly too. Highly recommend!
