Joseph was a great host to my family! We enjoyed the home & he even made it possible for us to have more space by opening the basement to us! 💗 I enjoyed my birthday weekend!! Our food from the grill tasted amazing as well. Would definitely recommend for a secluded space to spend time with loved ones but also being close enough to staple places. :)

This was my third stay at Diane's cottage, and it was awesome as usual--maybe even better because the kitchen was redone and there is a new washer/dryer! Diane is very responsive and accommodating, and City Island is really a unique jewel in a corner of New York City. The off-street parking is a huge plus for anyone coming with a car, and, depending on the season, the backyard is great for breakfast!
