Listing was generally as described. Top location and good value for money! The outdoor area was mega on sunny days and everything worked with the barbecue. Perfect for a week in Buenos Aires with 4-5 visitors. Landlord was also very helpful and always available.

Everything was spectacular! The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, every corner was taken care of in detail. The location is great, close to everything and in a very quiet area. Communication with Ana the host was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Spacious and charming house with comfortable location close to bus and metro. We were two families with children who enjoyed many bedrooms, two living rooms and several outdoor areas. The host was helpful in answering questions before arrival, and service minded to arrange things during the stay. Before with a code lock worked very well - nice to drop keys!

Cris was extremely helpful and clear in the instructions to receive us. The house has many stairs, 3 floors and a bathroom and a suspended mezzanine. All very clean, towels and bed linen for everyone. Healing and air conditioned in day. Outstanding location, one of the best possible in Buenos Aires. There are only two bathrooms with shower, so if it is in a large group, you need to divide well, since one of the bathrooms is on one between floors that connects to the rooftop. I highly recommend it, especially for the clarity of communication with Cris, for the excellent location, for comfort and convenience.

Very good reception from Daniel and his wife, very friendly and they helped us with all our questions and concerns. We appreciate your help and stay. The pool is very comfortable.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Everything is spectacular, just like you can see in photos. It has everything you need to take a few days of rest. The neighborhood is very quiet, there are shops nearby, it is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Special mention for the treatment we received from Miriam and her husband! All very good We will definitely be back ❤️

I appreciate the understanding, despite the communication problems due to the cell phone carrier, everything worked out.

Very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully kitted out and included the supply of teas, coffees, cleaning products etc. Bathroom was provided with shampoo and soaps with plenty of hot water for showers. Washing machine on the upper floor had washing products with access to a balcony for drying clothes or could be used for external dining ( 4 chairs and table provided). Enjoyable stay.
