Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Città Studi, Milan

Amazing apartment that's near the Central station and also tram lines. It's also 5 minutes away (walking) to a popular meeting point for many Bus Tours/ Day trip tours which was very convenient for us. There's a mini mart next door, lots of restaurants nearby as well as the food market that's across the street.

Amazing location off the beaten path more local and less tourist zone! We loved the space and ease of the suite. Definitely recommend this spot for a great experience and great value in Milano!

We had a wonderful stay at Claudio’s apartment! The location was perfect—close to public transport. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Claudio was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Frank and Diana were exceptional in their hospitality. Frank met us and helped us to the apartment. He was so nice, and even offered to drive us to wherever we needed to go. They were both very proactive prior to our arrival and were very helpful during our brief stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Milan!

Stefano's place was amazing! The apartment matched the pictures and description exactly, and the location couldn't have been better! Stefano's instructions were clear and helpful, he was very responsive, and he left some great recommendations for local spots. I would stay there again the next time that I am in Milan!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Enrica’s place was absolutely perfect! Exactly how the pictures described and extremely clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Enrica was incredibly responsive in case we did need anything! Unfortunately we did have to cut our stay short but when we found out about our extenuating circumstances that cause us to leave early, Enrica was incredibly helpful, responsive and empathetic which made our less than optimal situation just that much better! We highly recommend Enrica’s place if you are going to Milan! The train station is quite literally right in front of the apartment and you can be in the city center in 17 minutes maximum!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, yet quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Francesca was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milan!

Andrea is an incredible host, always answering all the questions, flexible with check in as I arrived earlier and giving great tips for restaurants and what to do on the neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as on pictures, with everything we needed and also with great location. For sure we would stay again when traveling to Milan.

My sister and I feel Fdp’s place is in the perfect location. It’s about 3mins to the metro, which goes directly to the city center, Duomo, many restaurants and pizzerias, shopping centers, etc. He was very responsive and helpful, friendly and gave clear instructions and directions. He responded really fast as well. Great customer service. The place was just like the pictures, neat, had everything listed, and even recommendations on where to go, places to visit and eat, as well as a map of Milan. We would always book this whenever we are in Milan. It is perfect.

Lovely spacious apartment, exactly like the photos and description. Doris has thought of everything even down to the small things like providing an umbrella and hairdryer which were much appreciated! The location is great 30 seconds from the front door to the metro. Great host with excellent communication and recommendations throughout the trip. Thanks for a great stay!
