Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Città Studi, Milan

We enjoyed our stay! It was just a minute or two walk away from the Centrale station and that makes getting around Milan and Italy very convenient. We appreciated our stay and the communication with the property owners was smooth. Would recommend!

Great stay in Milan for 2. Location is superb, easy access to public transport and surrounding area felt safe/residential. Unit was private, comfortable, and well-described. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

Amazing apartment that's near the Central station and also tram lines. It's also 5 minutes away (walking) to a popular meeting point for many Bus Tours/ Day trip tours which was very convenient for us. There's a mini mart next door, lots of restaurants nearby as well as the food market that's across the street.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was fine. We got very quick answers. Our stay was a pleasure.

If you see this place available, book it. No-brainer. It’s on the smaller side, so it’s perfect for a business trip or a romantic getaway for two. Still, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for two. There’s a good workspace, fast internet, and an amazing terrace that works in any weather. You can adjust the temperature easily with the curtains and heater. I really enjoyed my stay. Love this area. Next time I’m in Milan, I’ll check this place first.

Laura's apartment is the perfect place to stay with everything conveniently equipped. It was especially nice to have a private parking lot where you can park safely in a big city like Milan. The location was also good, so there was a subway station and a tram stop around the property, and it took 20 minutes on foot to the Duomo Cathedral, so we parked our car and traveled on foot. Laura responds quickly. When we arrived at the accommodation late at night after trekking in Dolomiti and asked how to use the washing machine, they kindly guided us even after 10 pm. The air conditioning system was repaired quickly by communicating with each other, so we were able to withstand the hot weather in Milan.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Enrica’s place was absolutely perfect! Exactly how the pictures described and extremely clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Enrica was incredibly responsive in case we did need anything! Unfortunately we did have to cut our stay short but when we found out about our extenuating circumstances that cause us to leave early, Enrica was incredibly helpful, responsive and empathetic which made our less than optimal situation just that much better! We highly recommend Enrica’s place if you are going to Milan! The train station is quite literally right in front of the apartment and you can be in the city center in 17 minutes maximum!

The house was extremely comfortable for a trip to Milan. Laura explained everything in full and complete. The house is completely compatible with the images. It was very close to the subway, transportation was hassle-free. We had a lovely time in the completely clean, well-arranged apartment.

Andrea is an incredible host, always answering all the questions, flexible with check in as I arrived earlier and giving great tips for restaurants and what to do on the neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as on pictures, with everything we needed and also with great location. For sure we would stay again when traveling to Milan.

My sister and I feel Fdp’s place is in the perfect location. It’s about 3mins to the metro, which goes directly to the city center, Duomo, many restaurants and pizzerias, shopping centers, etc. He was very responsive and helpful, friendly and gave clear instructions and directions. He responded really fast as well. Great customer service. The place was just like the pictures, neat, had everything listed, and even recommendations on where to go, places to visit and eat, as well as a map of Milan. We would always book this whenever we are in Milan. It is perfect.

Lovely spacious apartment, exactly like the photos and description. Doris has thought of everything even down to the small things like providing an umbrella and hairdryer which were much appreciated! The location is great 30 seconds from the front door to the metro. Great host with excellent communication and recommendations throughout the trip. Thanks for a great stay!

Book this place without hesitation! Mimi and Fabio live up to their 5 star service and you can feel their passion for hosting. The studio is very well located, extremely clean with all amenities and the hosts are very professional, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommended!
