Takápradalù is located in the village of Cisterna d'Asti. The house, dating back to 1898, already belonged to my family who moved to Argentina shortly after. Recently renovated, it features a more modern design, while maintaining some more vintage features such as a beautiful brick ceiling in one bedroom. We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Detached villa in a corner of Piedmont countryside that ensures absolute privacy and tranquility. The house has been recently renovated. The exterior is perfectly maintained with a new pool with night blue towel that provides a special effect. The house on two levels has on the ground floor the large kitchen with table overlooking the patio and the pool, lounge and bathroom. On the first floor 3 double bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms en suite. The third bedroom is loft.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Pian del Mund is a small village located at 640 m., nestled in the green hills of Alta Langa among woods, hazelnuts and small vineyards that overlook the Alps, dominated by Monviso. From here you can set off on foot or by bike along one of the stretches of the ancient Via del Sale that runs along the ridge beside the farm campsite, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Langhe that change with the seasons. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
