It is part of a gated site within the picturesque Cotswold Water Park with many footpaths, cycle tracks & other activities. Bring your own paddle-boards & kayaks (or hire locally from Cotswold Paddleboard Co. who deliver to your door!!) to take advantage of direct access on to Windrush Lake for non-motorised water sports. Or fish on both Windrush and (adjacent) Isis lakes.

On the lake

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. Our beautiful new house is located in the heart of a Cotswold market town, Cirencester. The house is in a secluded private courtyard with its own private parking. The Coach House - Accommodates 6 people with two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. The house was built by us in 2017 so everything inside is brand new. We are currently adding to the property making it feel more like a home but it would serve as a great base point to explore the surrounding areas.
