Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

The house was comfortable and well-located making our stay enjoyable. The check in process was smooth. Host was friendly and responsive. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay for a group of 5 (since they got 3 separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). Comfortable and clean living room & dining room (as per photo). The air conditioner and the 2 door refrigerator works well. Bathroom with hot water ✅. They provide us a water dispenser (cold & hot); even with extra gallons (don’t need to worry about drinks). ❤️ Strategic location near malls, eateries, shopping places. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a hairdryer. 📲 Self Check-in/out via Paxel Box, it is better to make an appointment for check-in & check-out time 1 day before, so that the host can be on(line) standby to provide the QR Code (because there is a time limit). The host is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended, hopefully can stay again in the future. Thank you for the kind hospitality 🌷🤝🙌🏻

This is a great place. I think this apartment surpassed expectations. The apartment is great, clean, and matches the photos and description. I would have liked to have extended my stay but it was already booked. Really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice.
