This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Fantastic place to stay for a group of 4 in Venice, pictures accurately depict the actual home, was cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, Antonio was very responsive and helpful with all our queries. I left my left Airpod in the house after checking out, and he was willing to mail it to the next city in Italy that I was headed to. Many thanks Antonio for being so accommodating and friendly, highly recommend if you are looking for a short stay in Venice!

Beautiful, modern and large apartment that was top equipped. Great bathrooms and a lot of space. The entire complex is well maintained and the heated pool is just great. We were able to check in much earlier and the landlord is easily accessible and already communicates a lot before. We had a great and uncomplicated time.

We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. The apartment is located in the middle of Torbole. The lake and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was well maintained, clean and we didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. Especially the balcony is perfect for breakfast! Max even allowed us to check in earlier and check out later. With his helpful manner, he has enriched our holiday.

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

We had stayed at Katja's place for two nights. Everything was clean, comfartable and organized, we really felt safe in neighborhood and at home, transportation was really easy and Katja was really kind and helpful person. We will definetly revisit the place next time in Venezia !!

Silvietta's place ticked all the boxes. Easy walking distance to the beaches on the lake and town centre, and a good-sized supermarket very close. Spotlessly clean, good bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. Good communication with Silvietta too.

A fantastic property with the most amazing views! We had a lovely holiday at Helen’s property as a family. Helen was so friendly and gave us great recommendations. We would love to go back again. Tobole had some great restaurants and we enjoyed visiting other towns in the north of the lake by boat and on the bus.

We had a very nice time in Barbara's apartment. Barbara and her family are very likeable and friendly. The offer to rent bicycles for the trip to the harbor was great for us. The mix of city and at the same time peace in nature suited us very well. Despite the moderately nice weather, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful family time . The views from the deck are breathtaking. Retractable roof over the deck allowed us to spend time outside even during rain. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook dinner. Although absence of the AC could be a problem we had a good luck with the weather and enjoyed our time!

We had a lovely stay at Giovanna's. The house is well renovated and very clean. Giovanna gave us lots of tour recommendations, was very responsive and even proactive for all the little things to manage. The garden is very large and very pleasant. From the minute we checked in I knew we found a great place. Our flight was delayed meaning we wouldn’t arrive until 1am, the lady at reception stayed on for us. We was brought breakfast every morning too which was great! Pool was great and not fighting over sunbeds! Also having access to the ice machine 24hr is a great idea. We travelled with a baby and they made everything easy, even a late check out! I have never stayed anywhere that lets you check out at that time so worth all the stars! Thanks
