It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Programmes of these events can be easily provided on request, or by viewing (rajouter le site internet) websites Local market and shops are only 5 km away. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. "Le jardin au Tilleul" gîte in the heart of Langeais

Close to the Loire à Vélo cycle path, in the center of Langeais, we offer a house for 4–6 people in a very quiet courtyard, ideally located for visiting the castles of the Loire (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé, Tours, Saumur) and the vineyards of the region (Bougueil, Chinon). Langeais is a small lively tourist town with many shops and restaurants within a 5-min walk. The Sunday morning market has just been voted "most beautiful market in Indre-et-Loire".

Newly built house (March 2019), approximately 100 m², pleasant and bright, comprising a 40 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (one with a private shower room on the ground floor), an office with a sofa bed, and a bathroom, located in a very quiet residential area. The house has an unfenced garden. As this is our main residence, we ask that you show the utmost respect for the property and our personal belongings. In addition, bed linen and towels are not provided.

Very new apartment in the heart of Langeais

2021 apartment with tasteful decor so everyone can have a pleasant stay. Located 100 m from the castle, market and shops, you can do everything on foot (free parking on the street). The apartment is fully equipped so all you have to do is unpack your bags (sheets, towels provided)! The bedding is new (Dunlopillo brand), baby equipment (baby bed, high chair). A closed shelter is available to store bikes.

We will be happy to welcome you to the studio that we have carefully furnished, so that you can have a pleasant stay. You will have a terrace and private secure parking. This studio is located on our land, but is independent of our accommodation. Our village is located on the Loire Valley Castles Route, a few km from the "Loire à vélo" circuit. The nearest railway station is 2 km away.
