Notre séjour au Chalet était un moment doux et reposant. Imaginez vous réveiller dans le chant des oiseaux, avec le bêlement de deux chèvres toutes gentilles. Vous déjeunez dans un séjour cosy et spacieux. Vous sortez dehors, vous êtes au milieu des bois, à deux pas du Ravel et du lac de Virelles. On se demande désormais quand on reviendra – et combien de fois !

Ik wou er even tussenuit tijdens de overgang van oud naar nieuw - Er was geen betere accomodatie om tot rust te komen en in een mooie, rustige omgeving te verblijven. Thibaut heeft me zeer goed geholpen met alle vragen en de communicatie liep zeer vlot. Het huisje was zeer goed voorzien en heeft veel charme. Dit was een uitmuntend verblijf! Tot slot, het is ook de moeite waard om de mooie tuin te bezoeken.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten, zeer leuk vakantiehuis en wat ook fijn was, het restaurant Mouton op wandelafstand. Wij genoten van de mooi ingerichte tuin, alsook van het huis zelf. Zalige bedden en praktische badkamer. Ook in de keuken was alles aanwezig om een heerlijke maaltijd klaar te maken. Ook willen we de vriendelijke buurvrouw bedanken voor al haar hulp en vriendelijkheid!

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les lits doubles (1m60) sont très confortables (ni trop durs ni trop mous). Lumineux. Orientation Est de la grande fenêtre d'entrée. Au bout du jardin, bel étang et petite rivière avec des vaches. Les 3 labradors adorables des propriétaires sont dans le même jardin que celui du gite. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse et sauna sur la mezzanine à l'intérieur (nous navons utilisé aucun des 2 en supplément). Pour 4 adultes et 1 enfant c'est bien. Si 6 adultes, le rez de chaussée est un peu petit. Merci, nous reviendrons :)

Nous avons passé un séjour à la fois actif et reposant. Entre randonnées, visites et parcours à vélo, on ne s’est pas ennuyé! La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Fidèle à l’annonce. Salle de bain un peu petite à notre goût mais elle était fonctionnelle et très propre. Superbe jardin plein sud sans aucun vis à vis. Nous avons bien pu en profiter. Bref, beau séjour qui nous a fait découvrir un nouveau coin de la région.

We hebben een zeer fijne week doorgebracht in de Gîte. Het is mooi rustig gelegen en toch in het dorp. Met vijf volwassenen is het precies een mooi huisje met alles erin wat we nodig hadden. De keuken is zeer goed voorzien van keukengerei, wat heel prettig is voor mensen die graag koken zoals wij. Ook het internet was goed, wat belangrijk voor ons was aangezien een aantal van ons ook nog moest werken (incl. videovergaderen). Wandelen kan mooi in de omgeving, al loop je soms wel stukken langs wegen waar auto's rijden. De tuin erbij zag er prachtig uit, en als het mooier weer was geweest hadden de deuren naar het terras waarschijnlijk permanent open gestaan. Al met al een top huisje!

We hebben een super goed verblijf gehad in het huis van Olivier en zijn familie. Alles wat netjes in orde en voorzien en het gaf een heel gezellig Ardennen gevoel. Je hoorde wel onderling veel geluid doorheen de muren/plafonds, het enige minpuntje. Het huis heeft ook een heel gezellige tuin voor het mooie weer dat we hadden tijdens het weekend! ☺️ Wij raden deze accommodatie 100% aan.

Agréable séjour pour les fêtes de Noël dans ce petit gîte bien aménagé. charme du poêle à pellet en plein hiver. Nature omniprésente dès la sortie du gîte avec ballade accessible pour tous y compris enfant jeune à proximité ( la simple promenade jusque Bohan via le pont et le tunnel est une aventure pour les enfants ). Nous recommandons !

Great location in peaceful meadow. Great outdoor space to BBQ and relaxes. Great vibe in this over 300 year old home. Very convenient to Liege and F1 in Spa. Hosts were very accommodating with insight of the area. We only had 5 people in our party but house could accommodate up to 14 people. Instructions for trash separation were confusing and no additional trash bags to be found. Other than that this place was all that we could have hoped for and more. If We ever return to this area we would definitely say here.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een charmant huis! Wat een fijne plek! Dit sfeervolle, oude huis in het dorpje voelde direct als thuis. Bij binnenkomst werden we verwelkomd door een aangename warmte—precies wat we nodig hadden op zo’n koude dag! Het huis is ruim, schoon en biedt genoeg slaapplekken voor iedereen. De inrichting is gezellig en huiselijk, met genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om te ontspannen. De omheinde grote tuin was een geweldige toevoeging; de kinderen hebben zich eindeloos vermaakt met rennen en spelen, terwijl wij genoten van een sfeervolle winterbarbecue onder een sterrenhemel. Onze host was ontzettend vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel op onze vragen, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Kortom: we hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad en komen graag nog eens terug!

We stayed two days at this place. It is a cute and cozy cottage in the middle of nature with an amazing view of the pond and woods. I had a good experience communicating the owners. Both Cécile and Denis are very friendly and responsive and tried their best to assist us finding the place and settling in. There is a small fireplace that we very much enjoyed sitting around it and heating the space pretty well. Overall , recommend staying here if you enjoy nature and being away from the city life.

Het is een aangenaam huis met een keurige, prettige inrichting. Alles is aanwezig, voorzieningen zijn goed, en alles is schoon. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk, plezierig, snel bereikbaar, reageren heel snel, en een storing werd heel snel verholpen. Het enige nadeel voor ouderen is de trapopgang naar de eerste verdieping: het is een vrij steile trap met aan één kant een leuning, waardoor het houvast voor ouderen onvoldoende is. Daar staat tegenover dat op de begane grond een slaapkamer en badkamer aanwezig zijn. Het terras wordt door een scherm verdeeld tussen de twee woningen. De omgeving is rustig, landelijk en prettig.

Alles war wie beschrieben und die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und es war toll, dass wir sogar Bademäntel und Badelatschen bereit gelegt bekommen haben :) Auch der Check-in war sehr einfach und Claude hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und kurz erklärt. The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen extremely well equipped. Two fridges and especially two dishwashers make it very easy for a large group. The surroundings are so gorgeous and we loved our walks. The petanque area was enjoyed by young and old. The host was lovely and explained things to do in the local area. The whole family enjoyed their long weekend getaway. I highly recommend staying here!

Samen met een goede vriend hebben wij fantastische dagen in het huis van Patrick gehad. Patrick is makkelijk en snel in communicatie, kwam mooi op tijd om instructies over het huis te geven en tips over de omgeving. Ook was het huis voorverwarmd en stond er een lekkere huisgemaakte soep voor ons klaar. Dat is toch super! Het huis is echt mooi opgeknapt, super sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kachel midden in de kamer is een enorme eyecatcher en gaf enorm veel extra sfeer. Er was genoeg hout dus dat was fijn. De douche was van goede kwaliteit. Qua locatie zijn wij veel richting Bastogne getrokken, wat op ongeveer 20 minuten rijden ligt, om de musea te bezoeken die groots opgezet zijn over de tweede wereld oorlog. Op 2 minuten rijden van het huis is er een lokale supermarkt waar je eigenlijk alles wel kan krijgen. Kortom, een fijne plek en enorm goed vertoeven! Bedankt Patrick voor je gastvrijheid, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Wij hadden met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen een fantastisch verblijf! Prachtige tuin waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en spelen! Leuk huis, prima slaapkamers! Alleen een los toilet beneden was nog handiger geweest, maar het voldeed prima zoals het nu is.

wij verbleven in deze mooie gite! het was voor Jean-Charles en Caroline geen probleem dat wij 's avonds pas aankwamen en vroeg weer vertrokken. Alle uitleg was duidelijk en moest er iets zijn mochten we het zeker vragen. Gite zelf was perfect in orde en alles was aanwezig. Op 5 min met de auto ben je op het Circuit van Mettet. Moeten wij nog eens in Mettet zijn, denken wij zeker aan Jean-Charles en Caroline!
