This is our second stay at this property a few days, we were celebrating my daughter‘s birthday. This house can sleep 12 people with a very cozy family room lots of places to sit or lay down and watch TV. There are multiple bedrooms with multiple showers even a bathroom outside near the kitchen. also, a hot tub,, there is a pool and an area to play soccer or football. another wonderful thing it only takes us 10 minutes to get to PoPAYAN the city where my girlfriend lives. there is also a gas station and food establishments just up the road. and when you look the other way, you just see mountains.

Very good place, the house is everything as described in the listing, it is close to the typical places of Popayán, it is safe and very clean. Javier's apt is a good option if you're looking for some privacy and being near the historic center. Success and bus terminal are very close on foot. The host was always friendly and was on the lookout if I needed anything. The apto. comes with everything you need for long and short stays. Thank you very much 😃

Super recommended, I was with my 5-year-old son and my mom and we felt right at home. Helpful, friendly and respectful host, made several suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Impeccable place with all the comforts of home, excellent location to enjoy the processions of Holy Week, it does not have parking but there is a good one nearby.

A genuine Colombian rural property. Two buildings strongly and well made of bamboo and, like, mud brick. Complete kitchen, two fridges et.c . Lots of space. It is 'clean' in that it is about as clean as you could make a rustic rural place. Has a nice and obviously recent modern bathroom attached to the main bedroom. Warning, the shower is not up to it at all, weaker than the usual electric showers. Oh, there's a button to move to "hot" on the shower which helps a bit. It is a very peaceful place - other than dogs' barks and howls echoing through the night - which was perfect after concrete-upon-concrete Popayan, Cali and Medellin. Warning: getting away, leaving, is a real problem. Popayan's three Uber drivers do not accept ride requests. No taxis. The owner suggested some local 'guy' who turned out to not even be a taxi driver and was useless. She then suggested that *I* call a local taxi company. Luckily the number has a wh*tsapp ...
