No segundo andar tem a suíte c/ vista p/ estrelas da cama king e da banheira e varanda. A ampla varanda c/ mesa de sinuca e rede leva para uma ponte até o mirante das cachoeiras. Localização bem central, perto das praias, tanto pro sul, Vila, norte ou outro lado da ilha.

Our Chalet - Ilhabela

Welcome to Our Chalet - a beautiful construction in harmony with Nature and decorated with great charm and comfort. Located in a gated community 3 km from Curral Beach, south of Ilhabela, with paved access from the ferry. Integrated into the Atlantic Forest and with an ocean view from all rooms. Perfect for 1 couple, but accommodates up to 4 people. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, plus the possibility of 4G for the perfect home office. Fenced chalet and garage area for the safety of your pet.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. 7 minute walk from Camburizinho Beach/Camburi Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house has a sea view (minus the bathroom rs), bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.
