We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

A Charentais farmhouse in its own juice. Old materials such as old stones were preserved during the renovation. The comfort of underfloor heating has been added. The gîte comprises of: a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 sleeping areas and a separate bedroom. The living room sofa can turn into a bed Parking and Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included.
