Excellent place, I would return more than once. The only thing I would personally suggest is to have a more modern TV, but that's just my personal taste. Communication was good and helpful at all times, recommended

Our four day stay at Katia’s was exactly what we needed. Centrally located in San Isidro and with all the amenities listed. We needed to drop off our luggage a bit early and she was super responsive and allowed us to drop off our stuff prior to check-in - thank you! Great value for the location and space.

We visited for 8 days in early April, to attend a professional conference and experience all the magic of and around Lima. It has been 17 years since we last visited, and we really enjoyed all the new restaurants, shopping, and museums! This property was located exactly where we wanted to be, and a great place to be near Miraflores and Barranco. The 24-hour doormen were all so very pleasant, and made getting into the property at any time a breeze. The apartment is beautiful, with a very comfortable master bedroom (perfect mattress, huge closet). Although we did not use the TV room or the upstairs bedroom (nice to have for families!), the upstairs patio is a true gem; we began every day up there -- stretching and enjoying a leisurely coffee. Just perfect. I highly recommend this apartment, particularly for families or two couples traveling together.

This apartment is really nice and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and has a good stove. It’s about a 20 minute cab ride to the tourist areas and the beach nearby isn’t the nicest. But it is central to the airport and tourist areas. And you can find good cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby.

My 3-day stay was excellent. The place was clean, conveniently located and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. The bed was comfortable and the environment very quiet, ideal for resting. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, Harold was always attentive to inquiries and was always available, the apartment complied with everything indicated. Excellent area and easy to get to. The building staff is also super friendly. 100% recommended!! And we'll be back.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very nice and clean. Theres a lot of places to eat around, including two cafes connected to the building. Additionally, theres a salon also connected to the front of the building which was perfect as I needed my hair done desperately. A little tip though, schedule a reservation with receptionist for the pool, washing machine room, gym, or the game room as soon as you get there as they are by reservation only I believe. The pool is amazing, it’s clean and has an amazing view. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, with access to transportation, several food establishments, markets, supermarkets, places of interest, etc. Communication with the host was excellent and she was very flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus several extra amenities.

Place has a Jacuzzi, and a seperate shower. View's are nice.

Words can not explain how great this place is you just gotta come and see it for yourself I went with my girlfriend and my 23 month old and we had such a great time the pool the jacuzzi the beach but most importantly the place we stayed at was so cozy that made us feel that we lived there the neighbors the tourists that I’ve always bumped to in the elevators I stopped the gym a year ago and I started again thanks to the place everything you need is there and Sandra was such a great host she was flexible she helped a lot she was attentive and so sweet I would give it a 10 out of 5 as a New Yorker wish there was AC but she made work for us with an extra fan so we could sleep cool throughout the night storage space was nice she went the extra mile when I needed her the most so she clutched everything will definitely be back and just like I told Sandra maybe as a neighbor we loved it so much we looking into buying but till then I will stay at her place Sandra thank you so much for everythi

Diana and Rodrigo were incredibly helpful with accommodating my booking and additional requests - whether it was weeks before my stay or during my stay they would consistently be available to contact. The apartment was clean and has a great location with supermarkets, coffee shops, and the centre of Barranco on its doorstep. The apartment boasts a lovely rooftop pool which was great for the days where it was sunny. I would stay here again and would recommend a stay here if you are coming to Lima.
