Historic villa dating back to 1908, originally built to serve as a factory for lemon and orange essences, which were grown in the villa’s extensive citrus grove. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. It is in fact possible to book both houses that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is a cozy inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden, all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas have different styles: one is in a modern style and the other in a classic style. The first apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden beams, and a beautiful and cozy living area, which includes a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a 55-inch TV, a large sofa for relaxing with a chaise longue, a large table for lunch and dinner, and small design details. Two bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and an attic room overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden beams. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms: one is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and the other is an attic room overlooking the living area, which is equipped with an air conditioner. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.
