Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Great accommodation, clean, with accessories, but difficult to access. For those using public transportation, I suggest evaluating. For those who are driving, I highly recommend

I stayed in this apartment for two days and I highly recommend it. The house was very clean, very spacious and equipped with every comfort: from the kitchen complete with everything to the well-kept and welcoming rooms. The house is in a very quiet residential area and is very close to shops and restaurants (and, of course, the airport is a stone's throw away). The location is convenient to reach and Sara was always very available, providing us with all the necessary information even before our arrival. The access mode is also very convenient and A perfect stay in every way!

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Trastevere district and the Tiber are just 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and the check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Cosy apartment with real fire

The villa looks as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue and appreciated the equipment. We will be happy to come back soon

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)

Very clean and right by the track n station.

A perfect solution for those looking for tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, not to be missed is the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Using the directions provided by Fabrizio, it was very easy to get to the accommodation, you just have to try it. Thank you for your experience.

Salvatore was very attentive and helpful. He helped us a lot with the check-in before the scheduled time; we are really grateful. The place is beautiful, just like the photos, although it's a little far from downtown, it has public transportation all the time, shops and markets nearby.

Neomi is a wonderful host. She was the friendliest, sweetest and most helpful host we've ever stayed with on Airbnb. She responds immediately to messages and gives good advice. She welcomed us very nicely and helped us carry our things. The house was exactly as described. Everywhere it was sparkling clean and smelled very good. The only downside is that the house is far from the city center of Rome, but you can reach the city center by public transport. The bus station is nearby. I can highly recommend it.

We had a lovely one night stay at Claudia’s beautiful apartment! It is very centrally located in Tivoli, a short walk to all of the sights and restaurants. The space is very stylish and clean. We received detailed instructions about parking and getting to the apartment which was very helpful.

Aldo SUPERHOST!!! The apartment is new, very clean, equipped with all comforts (air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, capsule coffee machine), indoor parking and a fenced garden for maximum privacy and tranquility. I only stayed a couple of days with my daughters for a family event, but I'd love to come back for a visit to Rome. Aldo was a kind and helpful guest, he gave us some tips for going to dinner in nearby Castel Gandolfo (we ate an excellent porchetta sandwich!) with a lake view of the lake. He was so thoughtful as to provide us with what we needed for a small breakfast. If you want to go to Rome, the train station is a 5-minute drive away, which takes you to Termini in half an hour, or a little further away is the Anagnina metro stop. Ciampino airport is not far away. In short, highly recommended!!! I really hope to go back! Thank you, Aldo!!!

Everything was great and everything is same what Alessio write about it. We are lucky to accomodate there. You can find whatever you want near the house. Also transportation to the centre of the city is easy. It just takes max. 15 minutes with train. Again & again thanks to TTHouse.
