Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Stefania's home is very clean and nice and it is very easy to get to and from the airport.

Alles war super. Kommunikation war immer top und hilfsbereit. Romina ist immer da. Auch bei extra Wünschen kommt sie einem so gut sie kann entgegen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Estuvimos un total de 5 noches y fue todo perfecto. Llegamos de madrugada y vinieron a recibirnos sin problema. Recomendaciones de restaurantes y de transporte. Anfitriones muy amables y preocupados!

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

Alessio è un ottimo host ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per arrivare alla casa , ha esaudito le richieste fatte , .la casa è come descritta e soprattutto pulitissima , la posizione è strategica avendo la metro sotto casa si può raggiungere qualunque posto si voglia raggiungere . Se dovessi tornare soggiornerei nuovamente da lui . Consigliatissimo

Estadia muito boa. Apartamento muito tranquilo, acomodações limpas e confortáveis! Anfitriã muito clara nas explicações e facilitou muito o check in. Região boa, com linha de metrô muito próxima e rede de ônibus até o centro bem acessível também! A casa é bem equipada com tudo que um viajante precisa! Sem dúvida retornaria e deixou minha estadia em Roma mais segura e facilitada!

Beautiful place to stay in Rome! Around half an hour drive from the city centre with regular buses to the metro. The place was easy to find, very clean and peaceful and the host was very friendly!!

L' esperienza a Roma è stata splendida, resa speciale anche dall' opportunità di soggiornare in un appartamento molto raffinato, arredato con cura per i dettagli. Nella descrizione risulta una camera ma la seconda sistemazione è nel salotto con divano letto e porta, quindi come se le camere fossero praticamente due...con nostro grande piacere! La zona è splendida, bello passeggiare e raggiungere il Vaticano, ottimi i ristoranti. Grazie Paola, torneremo!

If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

Lovely spacious apartment in a gorgeous lively area with lots of character. Close to public transport. Apartment was v spacious and very clue. It was above a bar that was a little noisy on the Friday but it didn’t bother us at all. We would def stay again!

Séjour parfait chez Danilo, le métro est à proximité et permet de se déplacer facilement dans Rome. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel. L’environnement est calme mais on trouve de nombreux supermarchés et magasins. Nous recommandons!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Gabriela was a fantastic host- incredible communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was wonderful and looked just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!
